Kuaishou Technology Issues 16,206 New Class B Shares and Buys Back 445,000 Shares on 14 Apr 2026

Hong Kong—14 Apr 2026—Kuaishou Technology disclosed marginal changes to its share capital and ongoing buy-back activity in a Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

The company issued 16,206 new Class B ordinary shares on 14 Apr 2026 following employee option exercises under the Pre-IPO incentive scheme adopted on 6 Feb 2018. The shares were allotted at HKD 0.3273 per share, increasing the Class B share count to 3,657.82 million. The incremental issuance represents 0.0004% of the 3,657.80 million Class B shares outstanding before the transaction.

Kuaishou also repurchased 445,000 Class B shares on the open market the same day at prices ranging from HKD 44.52 to HKD 44.62, for a total consideration of HKD 19.86 million. These shares are intended for cancellation.

Including buy-backs conducted between 26 Mar and 13 Apr 2026, a total of 12.83 million shares remain pending cancellation, equivalent to 0.31% of the company’s issued share capital as at 13 Apr 2026.

Under the general mandate approved on 19 Jun 2025, Kuaishou is authorised to repurchase up to 428.39 million shares. As of 14 Apr 2026, 32.10 million shares have been repurchased, representing 0.75% of the share base on the mandate date. Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares for 30 days following the latest repurchase, setting a moratorium period that expires on 14 May 2026.
