ISP Holdings reported its 2025 Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) outcomes, covering Hong Kong interiors and special-projects operations for the year ended 31 December 2025.

Double-digit revenue growth to HK$149.19 million underpinned higher activity levels and shaped resource consumption trends. Total energy use rose 36 % year-on-year to 233.85 million kWh, lifting energy-intensity by revenue marginally to 1.57 million kWh per HK$1 million. Electricity accounted for 102.41 million kWh, while diesel, including crane operations newly captured this year, contributed 131.44 million kWh.

Total greenhouse-gas emissions reached 85.61 tCO₂-equivalent (Scope 1: 33.02 t, Scope 2: 47.23 t, Scope 3: 5.36 t). Emissions intensity by workforce was 1.32 tCO₂-e per employee, compared with 0.86 tCO₂-e in 2024. The group targets a 10 % cut in energy-consumption intensity and non-hazardous-waste intensity by 2030 and is assessing a quantitative decarbonisation objective.

Waste management remained a focal point. Non-hazardous waste totalled 5,371.99 tonnes (82.65 t per employee), of which 35 % was recycled. Hazardous waste remained minimal at 0.08 tonne. Water consumption fell to 365 m³, or 5.62 m³ per employee, down 5 % on 2024.

Workforce initiatives featured 501.37 training hours (5.17 hours per employee) and zero work-related fatalities. Thirteen employees earned “Zero Accident Ambassador” recognition, supporting a safety culture that garnered seven external honours, including the Hong Kong Construction Association’s Proactive Safety Contractor Award.

Governance remained central: the board-level ESG Committee oversees strategy, while anti-corruption and whistle-blowing mechanisms reported no material breaches. The group renewed ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications and signed the city’s Energy Saving Charter and CMA’s ESG Pledge.

Community engagement included partnerships with local NGOs, Mother’s Day workshops for children, cultural exploration tours, and a HK$0.05 million donation to the Ten Percent Donation Scheme Foundation.

Looking ahead, ISP Holdings will monitor progress toward its 2030 environmental targets, broaden supplier ESG assessments, and continue integrating climate-risk analysis—guided by IPCC and NGFS scenarios—into strategic planning.
