The technology company Hesai-W (02525) has announced a new employee incentive plan.

On June 12, 2026, the company granted a total of 737,100 awards in the form of restricted share units to 302 employees under its 2021 incentive scheme.

These awards, which represent an equal number of Class B ordinary shares, are subject to acceptance by the respective recipients to become effective.

The grants are governed by the terms and conditions of the 2021 Plan and the award agreements that have been or will be entered into between the company and each recipient.
