Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (Stock Code: 2429) has announced plans to implement a full circulation of its H shares. According to the announcement, the board approved a proposal on October 20, 2025, to convert 40,671,930 unlisted domestic shares into H shares. Once the conversion is completed, Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. intends to apply to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for listing of these shares on its Main Board.

Under the current plan, the conversion and listing do not require shareholders’ approval.
