Ping An Bank Co.,Ltd. President Ji Guangheng stated that the bank will maintain a reasonable payout ratio for its interim dividend, aiming to share operational results with investors. The comments were made during the bank's 2026 mid-year performance briefing on August 17.

Ji Guangheng highlighted that this year is pivotal for the bank's reform and transformation efforts. He affirmed that Ping An Bank Co.,Ltd. will continue to pursue a path of sustainable, high-quality development, deepen integrated operations, and build differentiated competitive advantages.

The president also noted that the bank places a high priority on investor returns. It has previously formulated a valuation enhancement plan to improve the stability, timeliness, and predictability of dividends. The upcoming interim dividend will continue to follow a reasonable ratio, allowing the bank to share its business achievements with shareholders.
