Jiangsu Expressway Company Limited has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.49 per H share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

The dividend, subject to shareholder approval, is scheduled for payment on 13 July 2026. Key timeline details—including ex-dividend date, record date, book-closure period, exchange rate for Hong Kong dollar conversion, and any applicable withholding tax arrangements—will be announced later.

The company notes that while the total dividend distribution is fixed, the per-share amount could be adjusted if additional shares are issued before the record date.
