China Aluminum International Engineering Corporation Limited (CHALIECO) announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 15 October 2026 to review and approve the consolidated financial results for the three-month period ended 30 September 2026. Following board approval, the third-quarter results will be released to the public.

The notification was signed by Executive Director and Joint Company Secretary Tao Fulun on 30 September 2026 in Beijing. The current Board comprises two non-executive directors, three executive directors, one employee representative director, and three independent non-executive directors.
