Summi (Group) Holdings Limited (the “Company”), incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability, published a notice stating that its Board of Directors will convene on Friday, 27 February 2026. The agenda includes consideration and approval of the unaudited interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 31 December 2025, as well as the declaration of an interim dividend, if any.
