The high-tech enterprise qualification is one of the most prestigious recognitions for technology companies in China. Baowu Sharing Service earned this honor by consistently prioritizing "sharing, data, and technology" as core development drivers and implementing a series of strategic initiatives and innovative practices under this framework.
Throughout 2025, Baowu Sharing Service focused on three key initiatives—integration and synergy, value enhancement, and AI empowerment—achieving significant progress across multiple domains and laying a solid foundation for this certification. In the application of AI technology, the company advanced the Group's "2526" project, successfully establishing an intelligent governance super application platform and launching "Ask Data 2526," a flagship data product designed for business decision-making. This product integrates hundreds of business indicators, facilitating a shift from experience-based judgments to intelligent analytics in data-driven decision-making, and has received authoritative industry awards.
Additionally, Baowu Sharing Service developed over 20 intelligent agents, deeply embedding artificial intelligence into specific business scenarios such as financial auditing, bidding evaluation, and intelligent customer service, substantially improving operational efficiency and service quality. As the unit responsible for constructing and operating the Group's data asset management center, Baowu Sharing Service achieved a breakthrough from "0 to 1" in 2025 by completing the top-level design for data asset management and promoting a system that covers the entire data lifecycle—from collection and governance to management and application. These efforts not only provided critical infrastructure for the Group's digital-intelligent transformation but also cultivated new growth opportunities for Baowu Sharing Service.
To support the Group's overseas development, Baowu Sharing Service created an international version of its standardized financial system, accommodating multi-standard and multi-currency operational requirements. This system was successfully implemented in overseas companies in Cambodia and Vietnam, establishing a replicable implementation model. Concurrently, services in human resources, administration, and bidding were extended overseas, delivering professional support for major international projects such as the Simandou project, highlighting the specialized value and commitment of the sharing service.
In the next phase, Baowu Sharing Service will continue to focus on "digital-intelligent transformation" and "innovation-driven development." For AI empowerment, the company will advance the intelligent restructuring of "AI + standardized finance" and deepen data product development to build a cluster of intelligent agents accessible through the smart governance platform.
