Cosmos Machinery Enterprises Limited (118) announced that the transfer and change in ownership of the equity interest in the target company have been completed in the People’s Republic of China. The disposal was formally concluded on 12 February 2026 under the Equity Interest Transfer Agreement.

Following completion, the group no longer holds any interest in the target company. Consequently, the financial results of the target company will no longer be consolidated into the group’s financial statements. The announcement was dated 13 February 2026.
