In recent years, HUISHANG BANK has deeply implemented the "finance for the people" service philosophy, seized opportunities in digital transformation, and focused on addressing public livelihood challenges and needs. The bank has continuously increased investment in financial technology and product innovation, achieving significant results in enhancing elderly-friendly services, boosting consumer markets, assisting vulnerable groups, empowering rural revitalization, and supporting the real economy. These efforts demonstrate the practical value of digital finance in safeguarding and improving people's livelihoods.

Addressing the needs of senior citizens, HUISHANG BANK has launched a warm-hearted mobile banking "Simple E-version" tailored for elderly customers. By enlarging fonts and icons and utilizing large model technology to enable voice screen reading and intelligent navigation, the bank has lowered the operational barriers for older users. As of the end of February 2026, the bank served over 1.7471 million customers aged 60 and above. Additionally, the bank innovatively applied virtual digital human technology to introduce digital assistants such as "Hui Xiaoying, Hui Xiaoke, and Hui Xiaosong," upgrading traditional text-based interactions to immersive, human-like services. These digital assistants cover scenarios including business inquiries, menu guidance, and financial product explanations, effectively addressing usage difficulties faced by elderly customers due to declining vision or hearing. Since their launch, the digital assistants have served over 10,000 users and sent more than 28,000 interactive messages, making financial services more accessible and compassionate.

HUISHANG BANK actively integrates financial services into daily life scenarios to enhance convenience for urban residents. In Hefei and Wuhu, the bank took the lead in establishing a "Credit Medical Treatment Platform." Residents can simply bind their HUISHANG BANK credit cards to the platform via the bank’s partnered medical insurance public account to enjoy one-stop services such as online registration and payment. As the first pilot project of its kind in Anhui Province, this innovation not only creates a more convenient and efficient medical environment for residents but also deepens cross-sector collaboration between the healthcare system and financial services, enhancing the bank’s brand image as a service provider for the general public.

To actively support national efforts to stimulate consumption, HUISHANG BANK leveraged the comprehensive advantages of its mobile banking platform in payment, settlement, and user outreach to efficiently facilitate the online distribution of local government consumption vouchers. Since 2025, the bank’s mobile banking platform has supported nine branches in cities including Hefei, Ma'anshan, Anqing, Huangshan, Bozhou, and Shenzhen, organizing 30 rounds of voucher distributions across seven categories. The total distribution amount reached 123 million yuan, covering key consumer sectors such as dining, automobiles, and supermarkets. Through a seamless online process from distribution to redemption, the initiative effectively activated consumer markets, creating a win-win situation for the government, residents, and merchants, and injecting strong momentum into regional economic growth.

In fulfilling its social responsibilities, HUISHANG BANK provided financial relief to vulnerable groups facing temporary financial difficulties. The bank fully launched a specialized repayment negotiation program for customers of its internet-based self-operated loan product "Hui Xiang Xinyi Dai," offering personalized assistance plans. By the end of December 2025, the bank had processed 4,954 customer applications, resolving nearly 120 million yuan in loans. This measure not only alleviated short-term financial pressure for customers but also highlighted the bank’s commitment to humanistic care and social responsibility.

In supporting rural revitalization, HUISHANG BANK pioneered a "Party-building + Credit" model. Through innovations in four areas—Party-building, products, services, and organization—the bank became the first financial institution in Anhui Province to interconnect with the provincial Party-building Credit Village Construction Service Platform. It also launched the first fully online, credit-based exclusive loan product, "Hui Nong Yun Dai." Utilizing technologies such as optical character recognition, biometric detection, and federated learning, the product enables minute-level automatic credit approval and online signing, transforming credit into accessible financial resources. Additionally, the bank established 133 financial service demonstration sites across the province, bringing a full suite of services including deposits, wealth management, and payments to rural areas. By the end of 2025, the bank had partnered with 124 credit villages, effectively supporting rural industrial development and farmer entrepreneurship.

Building on its rural credit services, HUISHANG BANK extended its digital finance reach by creating the "Hui Xiang Life Rural Revitalization Mall," an integrated "e-commerce + finance" digital ecosystem that enables direct connections between production and sales while leveraging data empowerment. The platform enhances transparency in agricultural product information and streamlines logistics, effectively reducing upstream circulation costs. By utilizing big data analytics to optimize supply chains, it provides end-to-end digital solutions for agribusinesses, from production to sales. This model addresses long-standing challenges in rural industries, such as information asymmetry and lack of credit, and bridges the "last mile" in financial support for agricultural sales. To date, the platform has onboarded over 60 agricultural support enterprises and listed more than 400 products, with cumulative orders exceeding 100,000, effectively increasing farmers' incomes. From financing to integrating intelligence, and from production to sales, the bank is infusing rural revitalization with continuous financial technology momentum through comprehensive digital services.

HUISHANG BANK continues to strengthen inclusive finance, using digital and intelligent means to enhance service quality and efficiency for small and micro enterprises. As of the end of February 2026, the bank’s outstanding loans to inclusive small and micro enterprises reached 174.327 billion yuan, serving over 453,000 customers. In the technology finance sector, the bank aims to become a "technology innovation bank" by establishing a specialized "1+21+N" management framework, comprising a headquarter-level technology finance department, 21 branch-level technology finance centers, and multiple dedicated technology finance sub-branches. Through self-developed online products like "Zhi E Dai" and a fully online intellectual property pledge financing model, alongside deepened application of "technology flow" assessment models, the bank provides precise credit support to numerous technology firms. By the end of February 2026, the bank’s technology loan balance exceeded 230 billion yuan, strongly promoting the integration of technological and industrial innovation.

From elderly-friendly adaptations and consumption stimulation to financial relief, rural revitalization, and support for small businesses and technological innovation, HUISHANG BANK is driven by digital transformation and grounded in safeguarding people’s livelihoods. The bank continues to expand the breadth and depth of financial services, diligently writing a new chapter in "finance for the people."
