Biren Tech has announced the results of its board elections.

On June 15, 2026, the following appointments were made: Wen ZHANG, Zhou HONG, Xiaobing, and Luting PAN were elected as executive directors for the second-term board.

Liu Jingguo was elected as a non-executive director for the second-term board.

Lin Zhaorong, Liu Jin, and Dr. Yu Zhiyi were elected as independent non-executive directors for the second-term board.

Linglan ZHANG, the employee representative director, will also serve as an executive director and is a member of the second-term board.

The board has resolved to establish the composition of various committees for the second term.

It was resolved that the Audit Committee for the second-term board will consist of Lin Zhaorong, Liu Jin, and Dr. Yu Zhiyi, with Lin Zhaorong serving as the committee chairman.

The board resolved that the Remuneration Committee for the second-term board will be composed of Wen ZHANG, Liu Jin, and Dr. Yu Zhiyi, with Liu Jin appointed as the committee chairman.

Furthermore, the board resolved that the Nomination Committee for the second-term board will include Wen ZHANG, Liu Jin, and Dr. Yu Zhiyi, with Wen ZHANG serving as the committee chairman.
