On March 10th, the Jian Gong Hu West Mountain Hot Spring Land Cruise project, with a total investment of approximately 1 billion yuan, officially commenced construction in Haimen District. Developed and constructed by Nantong Shengyu Real Estate Co., Ltd., the project spans a total area of about 122 acres with a total construction area of approximately 110,000 square meters. Upon completion, it will be operated by the Beijing Hongkun Group's West Mountain Hot Spring Hotel team. The group has deep expertise in three major sectors: commercial investment, chain hotels, and cultural tourism resorts. It has innovatively introduced the "Land Cruise" urban micro-vacation model, which has been successfully implemented in cities including Beijing, Wuhan, Chengdu, and Xishuangbanna. The Beijing location alone receives over 650,000 visitors annually. The project integrates dining, a water park, e-sports, a sports and trendy play club, a leisure lounge space, wellness and health facilities, a children's social center, and uniquely themed guest rooms. It aims to provide four core experiences: "water activities, amusement, leisure, and cuisine," with the goal of creating a "one-stop micro-vacation platform" suitable for the entire family. Precisely targeting the core need for "all-ages suitability," the project leverages the mature surrounding amenities such as the Haimen E-Sports Center and Sports Center. It aims to promote the development of a complete ecosystem integrating "cultural tourism + sports + digital entertainment," forming strong synergies with the existing industrial clusters in the Jian Gong Hu area and positioning itself as the premier comprehensive family vacation destination in the Yangtze River Delta region. The project is expected to be completed and operational by the end of 2027, with the potential to attract over one million visitors annually and generate annual revenues exceeding 200 million yuan. Furthermore, the project will integrate and stimulate surrounding business formats, using "activity traffic" to drive "consumption growth" and enhance "development quality." This will aid in the industrial agglomeration and upgrading of the Jian Gong Hu area, facilitating Haimen's transition from a "transit tourism" location to a "destination tourism" spot. It will inject new momentum and vitality into the high-quality development of Nantong's cultural tourism industry. The Jian Gong Hu area is a core zone for Haimen's latest round of urban development and a hub for the cultural, commercial, sports, and tourism industries.
