Nuobikan Artificial Intelligence Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. announced the resignation of non-executive director and Strategy Committee member Mr. Ruan Jianping due to work reassignment. Ruan will continue to discharge his duties until the election of a new director at the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for 28 May 2026. The Board recorded its appreciation for his contribution and noted that Ruan has no outstanding disagreements with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

Concurrently, the Board approved the nomination of Mr. Luo Tian, aged 54, as a candidate for non-executive director. Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming AGM, Luo’s tenure will run through the remainder of the Board’s second session. Luo is executive director, chairman and CEO of Broad General Holding Limited and brings two decades of investment and fund-management experience. He currently holds senior roles at several affiliated entities, including Shanghai Bojiang Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Bojiang Group Co., Ltd.

Through a network of PRC limited partnership funds managed by Shanghai Bojiang, Luo and his spouse collectively hold an indirect interest in approximately 54.65 million H shares of Nuobikan, representing about 14.40% of the company’s issued share capital. During his term as a non-executive director, Luo will not receive remuneration from Nuobikan, and no director service contract has yet been executed.
