Desun Real Estate Investment Services Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Ms. Wan Hong, an executive Director, and Mr. Yan Hong, an independent non-executive Director, as members of its Nomination Committee. The appointments become effective on 13 November 2025.

Following these changes, the Nomination Committee consists of three independent non-executive Directors — Mr. Fang Liqiang, Mr. Chen Di, and Mr. Yan Hong — alongside two executive Directors, Mr. Zhang Zhicheng and Ms. Wan Hong.
