VGT (02476) has announced that on April 16, 2026, the final offer price for its H-shares has been set at HK$209.88 per share. The over-allotment option has been fully exercised. As a result, the company will issue and allot an additional 12.502 million shares at the offer price, representing approximately 15.0% of the total number of shares initially available under the global offering. Assuming the global offering becomes unconditional on or before 8:00 AM on April 21, 2026, the H-shares are expected to commence trading on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited at 9:00 AM on the same day. The H-shares will be traded in lots of 100 shares each.
