Meilleure Health International Industry Group Limited announced on 27 March 2026 that a circular containing three major items has been published: 1) a discloseable and connected transaction involving an Equity Interest Transfer Agreement, 2) the proposed adoption of a 2026 Share Award Scheme, and 3) the notice of an upcoming Special General Meeting.

Both English and Chinese versions of the circular are now available in the Investor Relations section of the company’s website (www.meilleure.com.cn) and on the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who have not provided a functional email address will by default receive a postal notice of publication until they supply an email contact to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited.

Shareholders preferring printed copies or wishing to change the language or format of future corporate communications can submit a completed Change Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. No postage is required for returns posted within Hong Kong.
