CHINA LUDAO (02023) announced that on October 31, 2025, its subsidiary Zhejiang Guoyao Jingyue Aerosol Co., Ltd. received a hazardous chemical production safety license issued by the Zhejiang Provincial Emergency Management Department. This license authorizes the subsidiary to legally produce nine categories of hazardous chemical aerosols, including high-value-added products such as antiperspirants, sunscreen sprays, and insecticide aerosols.

The board believes that obtaining this certification not only affirms the group's recent efforts in introducing internationally advanced automated production lines and establishing a smart, end-to-end production management system but also serves as an authoritative endorsement of its commitment to production safety. Additionally, this milestone marks a significant breakthrough in the group's aerosol industry chain layout, enabling full capacity utilization for hazardous chemical aerosols.
