Shangri-La Asia Limited (Stock code: 00069) published an overseas regulatory announcement on 26 November 2025 regarding the financial results of Shangri-La Hotels (Malaysia) Berhad (SHMB) for the quarter ended 30 September 2025. For the third quarter of 2025, SHMB recorded revenue of MYR156,144,000, an increase from MYR148,519,000 in the same period last year. Profit before tax reached MYR32,743,000, compared to MYR31,099,000 in the previous year. Profit attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent was MYR20,115,000 versus MYR20,230,000 a year earlier, while basic earnings per share stood at 4.57 sen compared to 4.60 sen.
