The acquisition was executed at a price of HK$0.6545 per share, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HK$1.5904 million.

Following this transaction, the company's latest share count stands at roughly 334 million shares, with its total ownership stake in MAXICITY now reaching 83.50%.
