Super Micro Computer Inc has wrapped up an independent review of its export compliance program, with the company stating that investigators found no indication that senior leadership had any knowledge of the alleged diversion plan.

The independent probe uncovered no evidence that the company directly sold products to restricted parties. It also found nothing to suggest that the possible diversion of restricted goods would render any of the company's previously issued financial statements unreliable.

In response, the company has taken a series of personnel actions, including terminating certain employees. The independent directors have also put forward recommendations to further bolster the company's export compliance framework, all of which have been fully adopted by the board.
