Road King Infrastructure Limited (Stock Code: 1098) and RKP Overseas Finance 2016 (A) Limited have jointly released an announcement dated 6 February 2026 regarding the 7.95% Senior Guaranteed Perpetual Capital Securities (ISIN/Common Code: XS1567389728/156738972). The Issuer of the securities has elected to defer in whole the distribution and arrears of distribution due on 17 February 2026, in accordance with Conditions 8(D)(i) and 8(D)(iv).

The Issuer had previously deferred the distributions and arrears of distribution scheduled on 17 February 2025 and 17 August 2025. With this third deferral, the distribution amount originally set for 17 February 2026 will now be carried forward to the next distribution payment date. The Issuer has not provided an assurance regarding potential future deferrals.

Holders of the 7.95% Securities are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the securities. The Board of Directors of RKP Overseas Finance 2016 (A) Limited, comprising the same executive members as Road King Infrastructure Limited, issued the notice on 6 February 2026.
