ASIA STRAT TECH (01027) has announced that all conditions for the placement have been met, and the transaction was finalized on March 26, 2026. The placing agent successfully allocated a total of 5 million placement shares at a price of HK$1.80 per share to no fewer than six placees. This represents approximately 1.21% of the company's total issued share capital immediately prior to the completion of the placement, and about 1.20% of the enlarged issued share capital following the issuance of the 5 million placement shares.
