On 30 September 2026, Easyknit International Holdings Limited (“EASYKNIT-NEW”) released its circular detailing a “very substantial disposal” involving the sale of the entire issued share capital of an identified target company. The circular also contains the notice of a forthcoming Special General Meeting (SGM) where shareholders will vote on the proposed transaction.

The bilingual (English and Chinese) circular and SGM notice are now accessible on EASYKNIT-NEW’s corporate website (www.easyknit.com) and on the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who previously elected—or are deemed to have consented—to receive corporate communications electronically may obtain printed copies of the documents free of charge upon written request.

To request hard-copy materials, shareholders should complete Part A of the accompanying Request Form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, EASYKNIT-NEW’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Alternatively, requests can be submitted via email to 1218ecom@easyknit.com. Shareholders may also amend their preferred language or method of receiving future corporate communications by completing Part B of the same form or by emailing the registrar.
