Global Resource Construction Ltd. said its board has approved a change in the company’s financial year end from Jun, 30 to Dec, 31.

As a result, the current financial year that began on Jul, 1 2025 will now conclude on Dec, 31 2026, creating an 18-month reporting period.

The change aligns the company’s fiscal calendar with that of GRC Construction Pte. Ltd.—acquired on Apr, 30 2025—and with substantial shareholder Tang Organization Pte. Ltd., enabling streamlined reporting and operational efficiencies.

Under Singapore Exchange listing rules, the company plans to announce: • Half-year results for Jan, 1–Jun, 30 2026 by Aug, 14 2026, compared with Jan, 1–Jun, 30 2025; and • Full-year results for the extended Jul, 1 2025–Dec, 31 2026 period by Mar, 1 2027.

Global Resource Construction expects to hold its next annual general meeting for the 18-month financial year on or before Apr, 30 2027.
