Recently, the bid evaluation results for the EPC general contract of the Binzhou New Energy Solar-Storage-Charging Integrated Station Construction Project were announced, with China Power Construction poised to win the project at a quoted price of 4.03 yuan per watt. According to the tender notice, the project involves the construction of rooftop distributed photovoltaic systems covering approximately 404,467 square meters, with a total designed installed capacity of about 69.5583 MWp, and includes the development of distributed energy storage facilities with a total capacity of 7 MW/14 MWh. Additionally, charging infrastructure will be installed in existing parking areas, comprising 144 sets of dual-gun DC fast charging terminals (with an average charging power of 60 kW per gun), 20 sets of single-gun DC ultra-fast charging terminals, totaling 308 charging guns, and 10 sets of 7 kW electric bicycle charging terminals (supporting 1-to-10 connections). The scope of the tender encompasses, but is not limited to, project surveying, construction drawing design, budget preparation for construction drawings, equipment procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, trial operation, and all work required until final acceptance and full operational readiness, including defect repair and warranty services during the project's warranty period.
