H-share investors intending to participate—either in person or by appointing a proxy—must complete and return the reply slip to the company’s H-Share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong), no later than Tuesday, 13 October 2026. Submission can be made by post or fax.

Shareholders wishing to address the EGM are requested to outline their key points and the approximate speaking time on the reply slip.
