Wisdomcome Group Holdings Limited (8079) announced a profit warning for the six months ended 30 September 2025. Based on a preliminary review of unaudited consolidated management accounts, the Group expects a loss attributable to owners of not more than HK$1 million, compared to a loss of approximately HK$11.4 million during the same period in 2024.

According to the announcement, the anticipated reduction in loss is primarily attributed to a revenue increase of around 21% and reversals of expected credit losses on trade receivables as well as on loan and advance to customers. The finalised interim results, which may differ from these preliminary figures, are expected to be released on or around 25 November 2025.

The announcement advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.
