Silkwave Inc announced on 30 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report and the accompanying circular for the upcoming annual general meeting are now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website and the company’s portal (www.silkwave.com.hk).

In line with the paperless listing regime introduced by Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 31 December 2023, the company has formally shifted to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, listing documents and proxy forms.

Non-registered shareholders are advised to provide a functional email address to their custodial intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to ensure receipt of publication notifications. Until an email address is supplied, shareholders will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites proactively for updates.

Printed copies of any corporate communication, including the newly released 2025 Annual Report, will remain available free of charge upon request.
