FUTURE MACH LTD (01401) announced that as of 4:00 PM on Friday, October 24, 2025 (the final deadline for placing unsubscribed rights shares), all 191 million unsubscribed rights shares under the placement arrangement were successfully allocated to six independent placees at a price of HK$0.28 per share (equivalent to the subscription price). Consequently, no distributable net proceeds will be allocated to non-acting shareholders under the compensation arrangement.

Based on the acceptance results of the rights issue and the placement outcome of the compensation arrangement, a total of 500 million rights shares (including unsubscribed shares) will be issued, representing 100% of the total rights shares offered for subscription under the rights issue.
