Recently, the Yunnan Public Resource Trading Information Network released a tender plan for the "Survey, Construction Drawing Design, and EPC General Contracting of New Supporting School Construction Projects in Guandu District's International Trade Area and the Second Ring Road Side of Jinma Area."

According to the plan, the total investment for the project amounts to 223.7347 million yuan.

The new supporting school project in Guandu District's International Trade Area is located in Guanshang Sub-district Office, Guandu District, Kunming City, bordered by Haiming Road to the east, a planned road to the south, Chuncheng Road to the west, and Guanxing Road to the north.

The total construction area of the project is 28,248.38 square meters, comprising 20,839.94 square meters above ground and 7,408.44 square meters underground.

The main construction includes a junior high school teaching building, an elementary school teaching building, a comprehensive building, a guardhouse, an underground garage, and outdoor ancillary facilities and equipment.

The new supporting school project on the Second Ring Road side of Jinma Area in Guandu District is situated in Jinma Sub-district Office, Guandu District, Kunming City, adjacent to Taiping Road to the east, Dongfeng East Road to the south, a planned branch road to the west, and a planned secondary arterial road to the north.

The total construction area of this project is 11,899.91 square meters, with 7,758.31 square meters above ground and 4,141.6 square meters underground.

The main construction components include a teaching building, a guardhouse, and an underground garage.

Upon completion, the two projects will optimize the allocation structure of regional educational resources and enhance the quality of educational resource provision.
