FIH (02038) announced that effective October 31, 2025, Mr. Chi Yuyang has stepped down as the company's Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee, and the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules. Mr. Chi will remain a director of certain subsidiaries until the effective date when nominated replacements assume these roles. Mr. Huang Yingshi has been appointed as the company's Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee, and authorized representative, effective from October 31, 2025.
