Pinestone Capital Limited (Stock Code: 804) has announced a series of board-level changes, effective 23 October 2025. According to the announcement, former Chairman and Executive Director, Mr. Lee Chun Tung, has been re-designated as Co-Chairman and Executive Director. Mr. Lee, aged 55, holds a Master’s degree in financial engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, with over two decades of experience in investment banking and financial services.

The statement further details that Mr. Lu Weixing has been appointed as Non-Executive Director and Co-Chairman. Mr. Lu, aged 46, previously served at Alibaba Group, overseeing its auction and asset divisions. He is deemed interested in 5,760,000 shares (approximately 9.46% of the issued share capital) of Pinestone Capital Limited through a controlled corporation.

Additionally, Mr. Lu Lin has been appointed as Non-Executive Director, bringing extensive legal expertise in insolvency and corporate dissolution proceedings. He holds a Doctor of Laws (Ph.D.) and has managed numerous bankruptcy and liquidation cases.

Lastly, Ms. Jiang Tiancui has joined the board as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Ms. Jiang, aged 51, spent over a decade as a judge at the Zhejiang High People’s Court and also served in senior roles at Alibaba Group. She has confirmed that she meets the independence criteria as required under the Listing Rules.

All newly appointed directors have entered into three-year service contracts, subject to retirement by rotation at upcoming annual general meetings. The board has welcomed their appointments, noting their backgrounds in finance, law, and technology-sector operations.
