VIEWTRIX TECH (Viewtrix Technology Co., Ltd) has issued a notice convening its first extraordinary general meeting of 2026. The meeting will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, 20 August 2026, in Room 701, Building B, Changtai Plaza Office Building, Lane 2889, Jinke Road, Pudong New District, Shanghai.

The sole ordinary resolution seeks shareholder approval for the appointment of Mr. Zhang Jinfan as an independent non-executive director for the company’s second board session. Voting will be conducted by poll in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, and results will be released on the HKEX and company websites after the meeting.

As of the notice date (3 August 2026), the board comprises two executive directors (Dr. Gu Jing and Mr. Han Zhiyong), two non-executive directors (Ms. Zhan Jing and Mr. Zhou Zhifeng) and two independent non-executive directors (Dr. Jiang Yimin and Mr. Chang Eric Jackson).
