WebX Holding Group Limited announced the appointment of Mr Zhao Yanfeng, aged 43, as a non-executive director with effect from 31 July 2026.

Mr Zhao holds an EMBA from Hong Kong Asia Business College and brings extensive experience in e-commerce and corporate management. He currently serves as Global Market Operations President of Guangdong GGbingo E-Commerce Co., Ltd., a cross-border e-commerce company founded and chaired by WebX Holding’s current chairman, Mr Zhuang Jiyong.

The company has entered into a one-year letter of appointment with Mr Zhao. In line with WebX Holding’s bye-laws and Hong Kong Listing Rules, he will hold office until the next annual general meeting (AGM), where he will be eligible for re-election. At present, Mr Zhao will not receive a director’s fee or other remuneration from the Group; compensation terms may be reviewed periodically by the Board, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.

Disclosure statements confirm that Mr Zhao has not held directorships in other listed companies during the past three years, has no other roles within WebX Holding or its subsidiaries, holds no interests in the company’s shares under Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance, and maintains no relationships with other directors, senior management, or substantial shareholders.

Following this appointment, the Board comprises one executive director (Mr Sun Bo), four non-executive directors (Mr Zhuang Jiyong, Mr Xiao Qiuli, Ms Zhang Aiping and Mr Zhao Yanfeng) and three independent non-executive directors (Mr Mok Ho Ming, Mr Wong Yan Wai George and Ms Pong Joanne Chiu Yan).
