CleanSpark stock jumped nearly 6% in overnight trading after announcing that it expanded its capital strategy by increasing its Bitcoin-backed credit facility with Coinbase Prime by $100 million.

The additional $100 million in financing will be deployed into strategic capital expenditures that include expanding the company’s energy portfolio, scaling mining operations and investing in high-performance computing capabilities.

“We are proud to expand our relationship with Coinbase Prime as we continue to add megawatts to our portfolio and take steps toward alternative use cases for some of our data centers,” said Matt Schultz, chairman and CEO of CleanSpark.

Grab Holdings stock jumped nearly 2% in overnight trading. WeRide has announced the deployment of its autonomous vehicles in Singapore as part of Grab Holdings first self-driving shuttle service.

The new service, dubbed Ai.R (Autonomously Intelligent Ride), is a collaboration with Grab, a leading super app in Southeast Asia.

Selected by the Land Transport Authority (LTA) as the exclusive service to operate on two designated routes in the Punggol neighborhood, Ai.R will launch with a fleet of 11 vehicles.

Next-generation battery developer SES AI's shares rose another 7% in overnight trading on news that the company had completed an important overseas acquisition

SES AI had announced that its deal to purchase China's UZ Energy had been completed last Thursday. The two companies agreed at the end of July to a deal in which the American company would pay roughly $25.5 million, not taking into account a potential earnout adjustment based on financial performance.
