TIME WATCH (02033) has released its full-year results for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026.

The group recorded revenue of HK$606 million, representing a year-on-year decline of 12.05%.

Loss attributable to owners of the company amounted to HK$81.85 million, an increase of 366.78% compared to the prior year.

Basic loss per share stood at 4 HK cents.
