Medicskin Holdings Limited disclosed in its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer that no changes occurred in its share capital structure during June 2026.

Authorised and issued share capital • Authorised share capital remained at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 10.00 million. • Issued share capital stayed unchanged at 396.74 million ordinary shares; the company held no treasury shares. • Consequently, total issued shares and the public float position were unchanged, and the company confirmed compliance with the minimum 25% public-float requirement on the GEM board.
