Mininglamp Technology announced that, pursuant to Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and its Articles of Association, all future corporate communications will be delivered primarily in electronic form. Actionable corporate communications—those requiring shareholder instructions—will be emailed to each registered shareholder. If no valid email address is on record or the address is non-functional, the company will send a printed copy together with a request form to capture an up-to-date email address.

All routine corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, circulars and meeting notices, will be posted on the company’s website (www.mininglamp.com) and on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). No separate notification of publication will be mailed; shareholders are expected to monitor the websites proactively.

Shareholders are encouraged to register or update a functional email address by completing an online form, accessible via QR code, on or before 28 May 2026. Alternatively, email details may be provided at any time to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or email (2718-ecom@vistra.com).

The board of directors, chaired by Mr. Minghui Wu, approved the new dissemination framework on 24 April 2026.
