Key resolutions passed 1. Adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements and directors’ and auditors’ reports for the year ended 31 December 2025. 2. Re-election of executive directors Mr Fu Qichang, Mr Xiao Yuqiao and Ms Wang Hui; authorisation for the Board to determine directors’ remuneration. 3. Re-appointment of Ernst & Young as external auditors, with remuneration to be set by the Board. 4.
