China Telecom Corporation Limited has confirmed that both its authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during August 2026, according to the company’s monthly return submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 1 September 2026.

The telecommunications operator’s authorised/registered share capital closed the month at RMB 91.51 billion, comprising 13.88 billion H shares and 77.63 billion A shares, each with a par value of RMB 1. No increases or decreases were recorded across either share class during the reporting period.

Issued share capital mirrored the authorised figures: 13.88 billion H shares and 77.63 billion A shares, with zero treasury shares outstanding. The filing confirms that no share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or cancelled in August.

China Telecom also affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement, stating that at least 5% of its H-share class remains in public hands.

The report was signed by Company Secretary Wong Yuk Har, with no additional disclosures or corporate actions highlighted for the month.
