On August 26, Qifu Technology (QFIN.US, 03660) released its unaudited financial report for the second quarter of 2026, revealing that the company has secured contracts with two banks for intelligent agent system projects covering marketing growth and credit risk control.

The AI loan officer is being deployed across retail, small and micro enterprises, and corporate business segments, assisting relationship managers with a closed-loop process that spans from opportunity identification and client visits to operational conversion. The solution has already been implemented at a listed bank.

In the realm of credit business marketing and growth, Qifu Technology has established a linkage model via its Qifu Shuke platform, combining frontline operations with multi-level command centers at branch and head office levels. Through a multi-agent combination of AI loan officers, AI operators, AI supervisors, and AI growth officers, the system covers client management, customer group analysis, opportunity mining, operational conversion, and performance management, forming a layered intelligent agent system that supports both frontline marketing and management oversight.

On the frontline, the AI loan officer supports tasks such as mining new and existing client leads, screening opportunities, building client files, conducting visits, and communicating via phone or WeChat Work, while also identifying event-driven opportunities and connecting them to product applications and transactions. The AI operator handles client tasks, operations, to-do recommendations, action planning, and execution.

During daily operations, the AI identifies client opportunities, automatically recommends products, generates to-do items, and provides rationale along with communication scripts. After the relationship manager executes visits, file building, and follow-up actions, results flow back into the system, creating a closed data loop. Application data shows that this agent helps relationship managers cut client file-building and visit time in half, while boosting opportunity conversion rates by 20% to 30%.

At the branch and head office levels, the AI supervisor offers performance analysis and recommendations, sales process quality checks and improvement, as well as process coaching, review, and training support. The AI growth officer focuses on audience group generation, customer group analysis, strategy testing, strategy creation, channel routing, and business insight diagnostics, providing management with tools for operational oversight. As frontline results continuously feed back, the multi-level command centers can refine customer groups, strategies, and channel allocation, shifting marketing operations from experience-driven to data- and intelligence-driven coordination.

Beyond inclusive credit, these marketing multi-agents can also be applied to retail wealth management. The AI wealth assistant leverages data on client cash flows, asset structures, product holdings, and risk preferences to deliver differentiated asset allocation advice, helping relationship managers improve metrics such as AUM, wealth management fee income, asset allocation ratio, and net growth in non-deposit clients.

Looking ahead, Qifu Technology plans to continue integrating multi-agent capabilities into bank customer operation processes around real-world financial institution scenarios, turning project practices into reusable and continuously optimized marketing growth capabilities.
