StarHub Ltd (CC3) said it transferred 1,993,982 treasury shares on Jan, 26 2026 to satisfy awards granted under the StarHub Restricted Stock Plan 2014 and StarHub Restricted Stock Plan 2024.

Before the transaction, the telco held 9,372,395 treasury shares, equal to 0.54% of its 1,722,279,048 issued shares excluding treasury stock. After the transfer, its treasury share balance fell to 7,378,413 shares, or 0.42% of the 1,724,273,030 issued shares outstanding.

The shares transferred carry a total value of about 2.11 million Singapore dollars.
