Pacific Textiles Holdings Limited (Pacific Textiles) has announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, 26 November 2026. The agenda includes:

• Approval of the unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2026. • Consideration of an interim dividend declaration and payment, if any.

The notice, dated 16 October 2026, was issued by Chairman and CEO Teruo Funahashi on behalf of the Board. The current Board comprises three executive directors—Teruo Funahashi, Tou Kit Vai and Kenjiro Ashitani—and four independent non-executive directors—Dr. Chan Yue Kwong Michael, Ng Ching Wah, Sze Kwok Wing Nigel and Ling Chi Wo Teresa.
