Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical (00719) announced the cancellation of a total of 462,000 stock options that had been granted to seven initial incentive recipients but remained unexercised. This amount represents approximately 0.07% of the company's total share capital prior to the cancellation.

The company also cancelled a total of 595,000 stock options granted to 35 reserve incentive recipients that were likewise unexercised, accounting for about 0.09% of the total share capital before the cancellation.

The procedures for cancelling the aforementioned 462,000 and 595,000 granted stock options have been completed by the company with the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, Shenzhen Branch.
