The Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) has notified the market that its Board of Directors will convene on Friday, 6 November 2026. The primary agenda is to approve and release the unaudited consolidated results of HKEX and its subsidiaries for the nine months ending 30 September 2026.
The announcement is released under Chapter 38 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The Securities and Futures Commission has stated it takes no responsibility for the contents of the notice.
Corporate governance remains anchored by a 13-member board comprising 12 Independent Non-executive Directors and one Executive Director. The Independent Non-executive Directors include Chairman Carlson Tong, Nicholas Charles Allen, Peter Wilhelm Hubert Brien, Chan Kam Wing (Clement), Chan Kin Por, Anna Cheung Ming Ming, Herbert Chia Pun Kok, Ding Chen, Kwok Pui Fong (Miranda), Gordon Robert Halyburton Orr, Yam Chi Kwong (Joseph), and Zhang Yichen. The sole Executive Director is Bonnie Chan Yiting, who also serves as Chief Executive.
