The bank has announced a board resolution to approve a change in its registered address from its current location in Xicheng District to a new office building in the Chaoyang District of Beijing.

According to a notice for an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, the board of directors of MINSHENG BANK passed a resolution on July 30, 2026, regarding the proposed relocation of the company's domicile. The bank's registered address is planned to be changed from No.2 Fuxingmennei Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, to Building 1, No.9 Jinhe Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, which is the location of the bank's new CBD headquarters building. The relevant articles of the bank's corporate charter will be amended accordingly to reflect this change.

In accordance with regulatory requirements, this change of registered address is subject to approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA). Following the approval from the NFRA, the bank will proceed with the registration procedures with the market supervision authorities. Upon approval of the address change, the amended corporate charter will be submitted to the NFRA for filing as required by regulations.
