GROWN UP GROUP (01842) has announced that Mr. Fong Ho Tat has resigned from his positions as executive director and joint company secretary, effective September 11, 2026, citing his intention to dedicate more time to other commitments.

Alongside his departure, Mr. Fong has also stepped down from his roles as a member of the board's nomination committee, the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Exchange's Securities Listing Rules, and the process agent for accepting legal documents on the company's behalf in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622).

Meanwhile, Mr. Thomas Berg, who serves as chairman and executive director, has been appointed as the new authorized representative, with his tenure also commencing on September 11, 2026.
