Geo Energy Resources Limited announced on Jul, 3 2026 that it has issued and allotted 130,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the Geo Energy Share Option Scheme.

The new shares, arising from the exercise of an equal number of options, will rank pari passu with existing shares. They are expected to be listed on or around Jul, 7 2026, with trading set to begin at 9:00 a.m. the same day.

Following the issuance, the company’s total number of issued ordinary shares has increased to 1,781,573,593 (including 67 treasury shares), up from 1,781,443,593 previously.
