Chaoju Eye Care Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 60,000 ordinary shares on 12 May 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging from HK$2.96 to HK$2.99 per share, for a total consideration of HK$0.18 million.
Including this latest transaction, the company has acquired 442,000 shares since early April that are still awaiting cancellation. These repurchases were executed at volume-weighted average prices between HK$2.72 and HK$3.02 per share, representing an aggregate 0.06 % of the current share capital of 705.18 million shares.
Despite the buybacks, Chaoju Eye Care’s issued share count remains unchanged at 705.18 million shares because the repurchased stock has not yet been cancelled.
